Teens Karate Program

Ages 13 - 17

The Teens Karate program helps younger students transition smoothly into the increased focus and responsibility of adult training, while also welcoming new teens into a supportive environment of peers. Guided by Seido’s principles of respect, love, and obedience, teens build confidence, self-awareness, and discipline through kihon (basics), kata, self-defense, and controlled sparring (introduced after approximately one year of consistent practice). Beyond physical skills, students gain a sense of belonging and purpose as they grow into strong, respectful individuals ready for the challenges ahead.
