Beach Training 2008

Beach Training 2008 will occur on Sunday, August 3rd, 2008 -- a wonderful opportunity for all Seido karateka to train outdoors in a beautiful setting, and join together in fun and games afterwards.
Beach Training is one of the few opportunities for Seido members to train in tune with nature and each other; Kaicho has often remarked on the importance of practicing karate in natural settings to enhance one's training.
This year, Beach Training will be held at the same location as in most previous years -- Far Rockaway Beach, at 120th St, in Queens. While there will be no chartered bus, the location is easy to reach by either car or subway.
Schedule
Blackbelt Training begins first, at 4AM..... blackbelts are encouraged to remain after training to assist in color belt training, and invited to take part in all of the beach activities afterwards.
Color belts should be at the beach by approxmately 8AM, and training begins at 9AM.
