About Personal Trainer Michelle Adams
Michelle has over eighteen years of experience in the fitness industry and currently holds the rank of Nidan (second degree black belt) in the World Seido Karate Organization.
Her approach to fitness involves both physical and mental health. She believes that it is something that must be practiced more than two or three times a week. It is training for your body, mind, and soul 24/7 — all day, every day.
This approach was instrumental with her work with Jed McGiffin who shares his story of the human condition in the video above.
Michelle says "I had a wonderful experience working with Jed. He never said nor acted as though he couldn't do something that I asked of him. We figured it out together, and we learned from each other. He worked hard and enjoyed the challenge. He is truly an exceptional and resilient human being."
She continues to be inspired by Jed on a daily basis.
