Holiday Donation Walk

Every year, Seido members collect and distribute articles for needy people and organizations.

For the 2011 Holiday season, we are collecting and distributing contributions a bit differently by focusing our efforts on two wonderful organizations.  Please take a look at the items each group is requesting and if you can, drop of your contribution at Honbu by the evening of December 6th

Partnership for the Homeless
Serving Homeless Childred from infants to teenagers (17)
305 Seventh Avenue (between W. 27th and W. 28th)

NEW GIFTS for a Homeless Kids Christmas Party
(Which will be held in Brooklyn on the 10th)-for infant-17yrs old

Requested items:
For younger kids:New: Books –Toys- Games -Puzzles- Art Supplies –Hats- Gloves
But most especially for older kids they are requesting: Gift Cards $5 to $20

Appropriate gift cards could include: Movie tickets (AMC), Barnes and Noble, H&M, Gap, Old Navy, Target

If possible PLEASE bring it as a Wrapped Present and attach a removable tag indicating: age range & gender. Please NO Stuffed or Violent Toys!

Schedule Details:

Wednesday Dec 7th at    7:00pm
After a 6pm ALL level Black belt classwe will walk to Mainchance Drop-In Center
(all belt levels welcome and encouraged to attend)

Thursday Dec 8th at   7:45pm

After Kaicho’s Kata class, we will walk to Partnership for the Homeless
(all belt levels welcome and encouraged to attend)
