Free Intro Class

Seido offers free, semi-private, 30-minute introductory classes at our New York City, 23rd Street location. Students may wear sweat pants and a T-shirt.

Classes are offered at the following times:

Sensei Mark Lenkowitz Senpai Angel Alicea	Mondays 6:30 - 7:00pm
	Tuesdays 7:00 - 7:30pm
	Wednesdays 6:30 - 7:00pm
	Thursdays 8:30-9:00pm
	Fridays 12:00 - 12:30pm
